New Series

On the basis of the research you are conducting for your papers in this class, you may wish to consider ways in which your work might be able to contribute to this new nation-wide -- indeed, global -- public, investigative journalism project.

Please feel free to contribute your ideas on stories for NPR to research and cover in this forthcoming, year-long series. If it seems appropriate, you should consider forwarding to NPR / National Geographic a copy of your research paper for this course as a means of stimulating and assisting their efforts to cover the issues you would like to draw to their attention.

The question of how climate change may well affect questions of environmental justice could be of particular interest for you to draw to the attention of the NPR public.
